Band of Brothers

DUDES NEED DUDES

Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another. (Proverbs 27:17)

We draw strength and courage from relationships with other men. Men who invite us to be vulnerable and real. Men who sharpen, challenge, and inspire us. Men who celebrate with us on the mountaintops and walk alongside us in the valleys. Men who are all HEART! At RESGEN, we call these men our Band of Brothers.

A Band of Brothers is three or four men who meet regularly to strengthen, encourage and hold each other accountable in five key areas:

  1. Your relationship with Christ

  2. Your character, integrity and consistency

  3. Your relationships with family and others

  4. Your participation in Kingdom work and reaching others for Christ

  5. Your honesty and vulnerability with each other

Tom Henderson

Two people are better than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble… A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12)
